Ultrasound Scans
I have over 30 years of breeding experience and 14+ years of scanning experience. Discretion is assured, fully insured & DBS checked. We have a high-end digital veterinary ultrasound scanner machine from Vet Image Solutions UK. Scans can be done between 28-35 days after ovulation to determine whether or not she is pregnant. We DO NOT recommend scanning before at least 28 days (from ovulation), as this may lead to an incorrect negative scan result. Resulting in you requiring a re-scan.

Our normal working hours are
Monday to Friday - 10am -6.00pm
Saturdays & Sundays - 10am - 3pm
- PLEASE NOTE: The ultrasound scan service we offer is for the DETECTION OF PREGNANCY ONLY, our service is NOT to be used as a replacement or substitute for veterinary care.
- We may give an estimate on the number of puppies seen ON THE DAY of scan. However, please bear in mind that some bitches can reabsorb pups prior to due date. We have no control over what happens after the scan has taken place through to due date. Therefore there is NO guarantee on the exact number of pups that will be born.

Microchipping
We stock the mini microchips suitable for Toy and medium-sized dogs. However, if you have a larger breed, we can order the standard ones if required. We would need notice for this. Price is per dog, and registration is on the Petlog or Animal Tracker database.

Progesterone Testing - Please Note**
We DO NOT draw blood for the progesterone testing. It is AGAINST THE LAW for anyone other than a VET or VET NURSE to drawn blood from your dog . Ask your vet, or vet nurse for a blood draw , this is usually a minimum charge. We require 1ml of whole blood, or 0.5ml of blood serum in order for us to perform the progesterone tests. We have a Vetenerary grade Progesterone Analyser, calibrated regularly to ensure the accuracy of the results.
